Order Processing
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours after the order has been successfully placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 6 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and pincode.

Delays
In some cases, delivery might take longer than expected due to factors such as remote area serviceability, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

*Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping Policy*

COD Availability:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations within India.

Additional Charges:
An extra ₹99 will be applied to all orders placed using the COD payment option.

Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order using COD, our team will contact you via call or message on your registered mobile number to confirm the order.

Non-Response Policy:
If our team is unable to reach you or does not receive a response within the confirmation period, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Right to Cancel:
We reserve the right to cancel any COD order if verification is unsuccessful or if delivery is not serviceable at your location.

*Return to Origin (RTO / RTS) Policy*

If an order is returned to us (RTO/RTS) due to reasons from the customer’s side — such as:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Wrong or invalid phone number

Customer not available at the time of delivery

Wrong or mismatched PIN code

In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges of ₹120 to have the order sent again.
