Exchange policy
Exchange Period: Exchanges must be requested within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
Eligible Exchange: Exchanges are applicable only to change the size of the same product.
Exchange Fee: A nominal fee of ₹150/- will be charged for each exchange.
If the new desired size as listed on the website is not available and customer chooses not to proceeds with different product, then store credit will be issued of the original order value minus an exchange fee of 150/-
The store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issues
*Why We Charge an Exchange Fee*
We charge a nominal exchange fee to cover the shipping costs from both sides. This fee helps us maintain the quality and efficiency of our service, ensuring your exchanges are smooth and hassle-free.
*Size exchange reverse Pickup Information*
Our courier partner usually completes reverse pickups within 2–3 days.
In some cases, it may take 4–5 days, depending on the customer’s area PIN code.
In case your pincode is non- serviceable for a reverse pickup, in such cases customer have to courier the product.
*Size exchange parcel dispatch information*
After the parcel has been picked up from the customer, the exchange parcel will be dispatched within 2 days and will be delivered in 5-6 working days depend on customer area pincode number.
*Incase of wrong/damaged/missing product received, unboxing video mandatory*
Guidelines for the video:
The video must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Record the video from start to finish without cuts or pauses.
Make sure the shipping label is clearly visible while recording.
Show the entire unboxing process, including all items and packaging.
After unboxing, the product is to be opened and the damage or number of item is to be clearly shown in the video

Change mind / size doesn’t fit – if the item is not to your liking or doesn’t fit ( provide size as per your Specifications) we unfortunately, cannot process an exchange/return
Product quality issue – no exchange, return and refund available on product quality issue as quality will be good, our main focus is to give good quality.
