Delivery Policy

At Fashion Wodrobe, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in the shortest time possible with maximum care.

• All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

• Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

• Delivery typically takes 5 to 8 working days, depending on your delivery location (pincode).

• If your order has not been delivered within 10 to 11 days of receiving the tracking ID, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9879330791 with your name, order ID, and tracking number.

• We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return / Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. We only accept exchanges under specific conditions.

Exchange Conditions (Video Required)

For all exchanges, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:

• Show all four sides of the package

• Clearly show the shipping label

• Be a single, unedited video (no pause, no cut)

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• Wrong item received

• Wrong colour received

• Damaged or defective item

• Wrong size received

In each case, a video is required. For size-related issues, photos may also be requested.

Items NOT Eligible for Exchange

• Size doesn’t fit / change of mind

• Quality issues (we ensure only good-quality products are shipped)

Paid Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item due to size or other reasons not covered above:

• You can opt for our paid exchange service at ₹150 per item

• We will arrange pickup and deliver the new size after checking the returned item

• Delivery of exchanged item usually takes 5 to 10 working days

Exchange Pickup Timeline

Your item will be picked up within 24 to 48 hours. After quality checks, the replacement will be shipped.
