Different item received – video mandatory
Wrong colour – video mandatory
Damage/ defective – video mandatory
Different size received – video and photos necessary
Unboxing video should start with all 4 sides view with showing shipping label, it must be a single video NO PAUSE NO CUT
All issues will be shown in video itself only.

Change mind / size doesn’t fit – if the item is not to your liking or doesn’t fit ( provide size as per your Specifications) we unfortunately, cannot process an exchange/return
Product quality issue – no exchange, return and refund available on product quality issue as quality will be good, our main focus is to give good quality.
We provide a helpful service called the paid exchange policy. If you need to exchange the size on your own, you can pay 150/- for each product, and we’ll take care of the size exchange for you. This cost covers shipping in both directions.
Your item will be picked up from your address within 24 to 48 hours. After the item is collected and undergoes all the necessary checks, we will proceed to reship your order. The delivered item will reach you within 5 to 10 working days.
